The Clique

Hi everyone! I just noticed I made a few errors in my last post (grammar and spelling)...but, what ever. :-D

Yesterday, I finished my book called The Clique (sorry, I can't underline it...all it gives me is bold and italic). The Clique is a series. I've read a few of them, but I want to start over and refresh my memory. The first one is The Clique.. The Clique is about a typical, popular, mean clique lead by a rich, beautiful, fashion-conscious girl named Massie Block. A girl named Claire moves to Westchester from Florida (sort of like me: California to New Jersey). Claire Lyons and her family move into the guesthouse of Massie's home until they find a home for themselves. Claire is trying to be part of The Clique, but doesn't have the right style or attitude. See what happens!!

Anyway, it was good. WARNING: This book is only for girls (just some girl language) and has a few bad words (b**ch, a**). The author is Lisi Harrison. Lisi Harrison creates MTV shows and she has a website: lisiharrison.com (obviously). Check it out!! Guess what?! Ok, there will be a movie coming out at the end of this year called The Clique (Hmmmm...I wonder where they got that from??). It is directed by TYRA BANKS and it started filming in Feb. American Idol

Yay! American Idol!! Ok, last week I thought was half and half. Michael was good...but, I wanted him to go. Syesha is totally going next! what do you think. Email me. Who's gonna win??!! David Archuletta!!!!! Go David, go David, Go DAVID A.!!!!!!!!! He's cute and is the best singer. David Cook is boring and has weird hair. Carly is coolio too. Brooke is good...but, needs to improve. As for the rest, BYE!!! Anyway....u get my point.

I have to go now!! I'll write next weekend!!!!!! :-)

Losing friends

Hi. Over the past few months...I feel like I have been losing friends. I've been calling, emailing and everything...but, it seems like I can never get them at a good time. 3 of my friends have been complaining about me not communicating enough and saying I've changed. What's up with that? Are they not getting my phone calls and emails and letters, are they ignoring them? This blog was supposed to be a way of communicating...but the views have decreased. I hope you guys are Ok in California. But, if you read this post, please call or email me. Thanks!

Hi! I'm sorry I didn't post anything last weekend.

A friend of mine emailed me a few days ago and she was saying how Middle School was hard. I replied saying that if she thinks Middle School is hard there, she definitely hasn't been to NJ!!

I'm anxious and worried about entering Middle School next semester. It's like a whole new life: One part is the homework and grades, the other is becoming more mature and having more responsibilities. We're loaded with homework and tests. But, we have parties and cool trips next year. So, when I am in 6th grade next year, I'll be writing this blog in a whole new way!!

My b-day is coming sooooo soon!! I can't wait!

Happy (almost) b-day to Danny and Robbie!! I'll say Happy B-day on your real b-day too...

Fashion

The fashion here is so much different. Different stores and brands. Different tastes in style. And most of all, the choices in expenses. Here are some of the most popular stores and brands.

Abercrombie & Fitch: Expensive designer store. I shop there a lot now. It isn't the preppy store anymore, it's now the revealing teenage/tween beach-style store. 

Hollister: No, it's not the city, it's the store. Beach-style store for tweens and teens. Almost a copy of Abercrombie & Fitch. Also expensive.

American Eagle Outfitters: Haven't been there much, but enough to know what it's like. Also for teens, not so expensive.

We also shop at Limited Too, rarely Old Navy, rarely GAP, and Justice (same owners of Limited Too).

I have basically a new wardrobe now! This is a good part of moving here...
